Hey there sexy person! So, my guess is that if you’re here you probably are looking to either return a physical store item, or be issued a refund for one of my many, many digital offerings. So, here’s the deal – our general policy, as a rule, is that we do NOT accept returns or refunds of any kind. There are a litany of reasons for this, but I won’t bore you to death by going through each and every one of them.

Now, while that is the general rule, we definitely understand that there are always exceptions to any rule, and this one is no exception to the ‘exception rule’… 😊

Extenuating Circumstances

As for whether your case is one of those exceptions or not, there’s only one way to find out! Reach out to me through my “Contact” page, and explain in detail what the issue is that you are having with your product/content, and I will get back to you just as SOON as I possibly can!

Do try to be patient, as I am VERY busy these days, and it takes time to respond to every message I receive through here, in addition to all my normal, boring, day-to-day life stuff. But rest assured I WILL get back with you, and I will do everything I can to try and resolve your issue to both of our satisfaction. Should that not be possible, for whatever reason, I will unfortunately have to defer you back to the rule stated previously, which, again, is that our general policy is not to accept returns or refunds of any kind.

HOWEVER, you should know that I have yet to converse with anyone on here that didn’t walk away pleased with the conclusion we reached, once they reached out and explained everything to me, and I’d be very surprised if you were the exception. Unless… you know… you’re a complete asshole or something… 😜
